How do I know the status of/track my package?
We have designed a convenient tracking feature for all packages. After logging into your account it takes you to your dashboard which tells you the location of your package whether in Fl., in transit or ready for pickup/delivery.
How will I know the cost for my package when it is ready for pick up or delivery?
Once your package has been processed in Kingston, your invoice will be uploaded to your dashboard. You can also check out our rates for freight charges. Please note that per Customs regulations, all imported packages with a value exceeding US$50 may be subjected to government charges.
What are my payment options?
We accepted all major debit/credit cards and cash.
What if I don’t have a credit card to place my orders?
You have the option of having us place the order for you. However, before your order is placed, you will be required to make full payment of the purchase price.
How long does it take for my package to get to Jamaica once it arrives in Florida?
Once your shipment arrives at our warehouse by Wednesday of the current week, it will be ready for pick up/delivery by the Wednesday of the following week.
How do I schedule a delivery and is there a cost?
By simply logging on to your account and selecting the delivery tab. Once there, you choose time, date and address for your delivery. There is a surcharge of $500 for Kingston and St. Andrew, $800 for Portmore and $1200 for Spanish Town. For all other areas/parishes, deliveries will be done through Knutsford Express at their rates.
